Trade stall ticket for OCTAIN 2025.
The ticket entitles you to one trade stall pitch and two display cars. additional display cars are charged as extra and MUST be communicated 14 days before the show. After this time no changes can be made.
This is a digital ticket and will be issued within 14 days of the event.
This Ticket is strictly non refundable so please ensure you have means to attend before purchase.
***we reserve the right to cancel participation at any time in writing up to 48 hours before the event with or without reason. In such case a full refund will be issued.
Refunds will NOT be issued in case of severe weather or environmental factors beyond our reasonable control, refunds will ONLY be given in the event of cancellation or rescheduling where you can not make the new date***
